Younger People with Dementia (YPWD) is delighted to share that we were selected as one of Bearwood Lakes Golf Club’s Charities of Choice for 2025 into 2026.
This partnership marks a meaningful continuation of the club’s support for our work, having previously seed funded the launch of our Making Memories scheme, an initiative that has brought joy, connection, and enriching experiences to individuals living with young onset dementia and their families.
The announcement was made official during the Captain’s Drive In event in April, where our Chair of Trustees, Lisa, delivered a heartfelt and inspiring presentation about the impact of YPWD’s work. Adding a special touch to the occasion, our Area Manager, Clare, created a stunning balloon arch that beautifully set the tone for the day’s celebrations.
